This is the Bentley Bentayga – “the most exquisitely appointed luxury SUV ever created.”
Ofcourse premium luxury doesn’t mean it lacks in the performance department, under the hood is a 600bhp, 6.0-litre W12. 0 to 60 is done in 4 seconds flat and will hit 187mph!
No sign of aggressive styling, it all looks rather calm
Mulliner is essentially Bentley’s custom shop that usually handles one-off projects so it’s not surprise the Bentayga Mulliner oozes luxury, hand-stitched leather that extends past the seats and on to roughly every available surface. The rear seats even contain a cooler, with room for champagne flutes made from Cumbria crystal.
How to give a “cool” and luxurious impression, Illuminated door sills and LED lamps are the answer, with 15 colours available!
Oh, and what to keep you occupied whilst you travel in luxury? A whopping 1950-watt, 21-channel Naim stereo, I bet that can make the worst of songs sound like a #1 hit.
There’s plenty of options to choose from, even a mechanical Tourbillon clock by Breitling, which is available in yellow, rose or white gold, with a face made from either abalone or ebony and decorated with diamond indexes.
What about winding the thing up? No need to worry – It’s wound periodically by the car – by rotating the entire clock!
What do you think of the new Bentley, they certainly seem to be giving Rolls Royce a run for their money and looking at their current offerings, think they Bentley would be my choice!
