Here is the latest offering from McLaren, The McLaren MSO HS taking inspiration from the P1.
It’s based on the Super Series coupé bodywork but tickled by MSO to make it one mean machine. Outputs are expected to be 679bhp which would see an increase of 13bhp over the 675LT with 516lb ft available from 3000-7000rpm, against the 675LT’s 516lb ft from 5500rpm.
Guess the engine its due to be fitted with? You got it, its the same 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged V8 installed throughout the McLaren range.
On the outside the aerodynamics are spot on too with a roof scoop, big old wing, sideskirts and carbon fibre galore.
And another shock, as with all recent McLaren specials, all 25 examples have been spoken for!
