Meet the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo, a five-door Panamera estate inspired by the SportTurismo concept from 2012.
I’ve personally never been fond of the Panamera, but dare I say this is a good looking Panamera?
This car is BIG mind you, it is based on the new Panamera but with a boot grafted on to the back, coming in at 5,049 mm long, 1,428 mm high and 1,937 mm wide
The Sport Turismo in total offers 520-litres of storage space – 425 litres in the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid Sport Turismo version which is plenty enough for the weekly shop, but it is still only 20 litres more than the standard car.
Where it comes in to its own however, is that when stuffed full and with the rear seats folded down, increasing the storage to 50 litres over the standard Panamera. Flatten everything to the floor and you get 1,390 litres of storage (1,295 litres for the E-Hybrid).
Inside sees a dash with a physical rev counter, with twin 7-inch LCD instrument screens, a 12.3-inch main touchscreen, and touch-sensitive zones for the climate and adaptive driving controls
This is the first Panamera to feature three rear seats as well – well almost. Porsche say this is a ‘4+1’ with the +1 being more suitable for a child.
The Sport Turismo gets Porsche’s PTM, all-wheel drive system while S models receive adaptive air suspension and like the Panamera, also gets an active spoiler on the top with 3 stages depending on how you are pushing it.
Five new engines are available, first is the 330bhp V6, a 462bhp E-Hybrid, a 440bhp S, 422bhp 4SDiesel, and the one everyone wants – the 550bhp turbo
