Returns/Refunds Policy

If your item/s received are damaged or not compliant with your standards please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your items.

If your items are NOT damaged or faulty but the wrong size has been ordered, you may return it within 30 working days for an exchange/refund providing you contact us within 7 working days of receiving your item/s.

Before placing your order, please be careful to check product size information. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size, for example a medium produced by 1 manufacturer may differ to a medium by different manufacturer. On every product there is accurate sizing information for that item under the ‘Sizing information’ section.

Please contact us prior to returning items, an RMA will be issued.

Upon receiving your item/s, we will inspect the item/s and notify you by email.

If the item/s are damaged we will be unable to refund your order.

Accepted refunds will be processed in 1-2 working days. You will receive a full refund MINUS the postage charge (see your order/invoice for the breakdown charges)

Undeliverable Packages

GasKings Entertainment Ltd will not be help responsible or refund any order that was unable to be delivered/signed for.

GasKings Entertainment Ltd will not be help responsible for a customers order/invoice whose shipping details are incomplete or incorrect.

We hope you don’t ever have to return a product to us but please contact us if you are experiencing and problems and we will do our upmost to help you.
